A legal disclaimer
1. Services
Red Rider Travel offers passenger transport services including airport & cruise transfers, local taxi rides, and private chauffeur services. Bookings can be made online via the websites www.redrider.be and www.brugestransfers.be or by direct contact.
2. Booking and Confirmation

All bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance (unless otherwise confirmed).

Confirmation of the booking is provided via email or SMS.

The customer is responsible for providing correct details (pickup location, time, number of passengers, luggage, etc.).
3. Pricing and Payment

Prices are clearly communicated during the booking process or quoted directly.

Rates may vary based on time, location, duration, and additional services.

All prices include VAT unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Payments can be made in cash, via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or online payment gateway (if available).

For online prepayment bookings, cancellation policy applies (see below).
4. Cancellations and No-Shows
For pre-booked rides:

Cancellation > 24h in advance: Full refund

Cancellation 12–24h in advance: 50% refund

Cancellation < 12h in advance or no-show: No refund
To cancel, email info@redrider.be or reply to your booking confirmation.
5. Delays and Waiting Time

Free waiting time: 15 minutes for standard pickups, 60 minutes for airport pickups (from actual landing time).

After this, waiting time may be charged at a standard rate (€0.50/min).

If the passenger fails to appear without contact, the ride is considered a no-show.
6. Luggage and Passenger Conduct

Each passenger may bring one suitcase and one carry-on. Additional luggage must be declared in advance.

Dangerous, illegal, or excessively bulky items are not allowed.

Passengers are expected to behave respectfully and follow the driver’s instructions. The driver may refuse transport in case of inappropriate behavior or safety concerns.
7. Liability

Red Rider Travel is not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, or force majeure.

We are not liable for missed flights, trains, or other appointments unless due to proven negligence.

Lost property left in the vehicle will be returned when possible. Please contact us immediately.
8. Insurance
All vehicles and drivers are fully insured in compliance with Belgian regulations. Passengers are covered under standard third-party liability.
9. Personal Data
We process your personal data (e.g. name, phone number, pickup details) only for booking and operational purposes, in accordance with GDPR and our [Privacy Policy].
10. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes shall be handled in the courts of Bruges (Rechtbank van Eerste Aanleg).
11. Amendments
Red Rider Travel reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on our websites.
